Welcome to the Reclaim Your Crown community. By accessing our courses, digital workbooks, masterclasses, and membership cohorts (collectively, the "Services"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a program, you ("The User" or "The Student") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use our Services. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our coaching certification programs.

2. Intellectual Property & The "Sovereign Vault"

All content included in our programs—including videos, text, PDF workbooks, the "Power of Seven" frameworks, and proprietary "Protocols"—is the intellectual property of Kristen Ross and Reclaim Your Crown.

Limited License: You are granted a single-user license to access the materials for your personal or professional growth.
Prohibited Acts: You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, selling, or "leaking" any course materials to third parties. Any unauthorized sharing of login credentials will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

3. Coaching vs. Therapy Disclaimer

You acknowledge that the Reclaim Your Crown Masterclass and the Life Coaching Certification are educational and motivational programs.

Not Medical Advice: Kristen Ross and her team are not licensed medical doctors, psychiatrists, or mental health therapists. Our Services do not replace professional clinical care.
Scope of Practice: As a student, you agree to operate within the "coaching boundaries" discussed in Lesson 7 and will not attempt to treat clinical trauma or mental illness unless you hold separate professional licensure.

4. Certification Requirements

To receive your Beginner Level 1 Life Coaching Certificate, you must:

Complete all video lessons and required readings.
Submit all homework assignments and protocols.
Pass the final examination with a minimum score of 75%.
Adhere to the Life Coaching Morals & Ethics Agreement. Completion of the Masterclass alone does not grant certification; all academic and administrative requirements must be satisfied.

5. Payment, Refunds & Installments

Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe/PayPal.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our proprietary "Vault" and the immediate access granted to our intellectual property, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after access to the course has been granted.
Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so will result in immediate loss of access and may be sent to collections.

6. Client Confidentiality (The Vault Protocol)

When participating in the Unstuck Cohort or group strategy sessions, you agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the stories and "leaks" shared by other members. You are prohibited from recording or sharing peer breakthroughs outside of the cohort environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we provide the tools for "Activation and Restoration," your results are dependent on your own effort, execution, and adherence to the protocols. Reclaim Your Crown does not guarantee specific financial or personal outcomes. You agree that the company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior within the community, or fail to adhere to our professional ethics standards.
